How to place an order?

First, click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase. Adjust the quantity and then click "Checkout". Next, fill in your contact information and address in the provided form, then click "Continue Shipping" and then "Continue Payment". Finally, click "Order Complete". You will receive a confirmation email after your order is submitted.

How can I get help with my online order?

I just received my order, but the size doesn't fit. How can I exchange it?

You can exchange it according to our company's exchange policy (see the "Returns and Exchanges" section) or contact our customer service department for assistance.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location. Typically, your online order will arrive within 8-10 days; international shipping may take 10-15 days. Note: Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, online order delivery may be delayed.

I just completed my order but haven't received an order summary yet?

There may be a few minutes between placing your order and receiving your order summary. Please check your spam/junk mail folder, as emails may be mistakenly flagged as spam depending on your email settings. If you still haven't received the email, please contact customer service. They will verify that your order was successfully submitted and correct your email address if necessary.
